Walton coastguard to close by 2014

The coastguard centre at Walton on the Naze is to be closed by 2014. Also, Essex County Council debating whether to charge £10 for Blue Badge parking permits, and community groups being encouraged to apply for free tickets to the Southend Cricket Festival.
