Businesses in administration

There are fears more Lancashire companies and individual traders will go out of business - if more isn't done to help them. The Federation of Small Businesses claims High Street banks aren't lending to smaller firms, and things will get worse before they get better. More than 20 small firms were wound up in the first three months of 2011.
