Hertfordshire rail freight terminal taken to High Court

Jessica Cooper talks to our reporter Victoria Cook about plans for a rail freight terminal in Radlett in Herfordshire.

Campaigners are there to hear the case for and against the scheme. The company, Helioslough, is appealing after the plans were blocked by the government last year.
