Ted Robbins asks - is vandalism just a form of self-expression? There's a lot of it about in Lancashire and the problem seems to get worse so it must be fun, right? Stories of vandalism appear all the time - last week it was Astley Hall but it's also children's playgrounds, parks, bus stops - they've all been targeted.
