The EU and the environment, plus the endless city

Global markets are failing our planet, according to Europe's Environment Commissioner Janez Potocnik. This week on One Planet, the commissioner argues that we don't put enough value on our ecosystems, clean water or fresh air, and that a "fundamental rethink" is now needed to keep the world in a sustainable shape.
