The Southern Cross Care Home firm - which has five homes in Somerset - says it is working to find a long term solution to it's financial troubles.
The firm's announced a deal to defer a third of its rental bills for its buildings for the next four months.

Farmers have told BBC Somerset although they're getting record prices for beef and lamb - it's costing them equally high prices to produce.
