A Lancashire man is still fighting to bring home his seven year old brother after the rest of his family died in a car crash in Pakistan - even though he is now legally his guardian.
Abid Ali, from Blackburn has been awarded custody of his brother Qasim Mohammed Akbar, after a lengthy battle in the Pakistani courts. But while in the care of another family Qasim's passport reportedly went missing - meaning he is still unable to return to the UK.
