Chinese lanterns

There's growing concern among farmers in Lancashire about the dangers of Chinese lanterns. They're becoming increasingly popular as a form of celebration or remembrance, but farmers are concerned about livestock suffering injuries or death by swallowing the sharp wire and bamboo used in them.
