Can parents with learning disabilities look after children?
A couple with learning difficulties have spoken about the heartbreak of having children taken from them by social services and placed for adoption. They have told us they feel let down by social services and the courts.
Their story raises the question, do people with learning disabilities have the right to be parents and look after their children?
