Charles burns is a Reading based silhouette cutter. He explains to Anne Diamond how he started this unique artform and the famous people he has drawn including the Queen. and also the shadow of President, Bill Clinton and The Duke of Edinburgh amongst others.

He also made a silhouette of Anne using a piece of paper and some scissors.
