Gypsies and travellers

It's an issue which divides communities and refuses to go away - where should gypsy and traveller sites be situated?

"Not in our backyard," say the latest set of Devon residents to be affected - they're on the eastern aside of Exeter, where plans for a site alongside thousands of new homes are currently on hold following a big campaign.
