Breakfast TV's Lizzie Webb

We may remember Lizzie Webb for her attempts to get us 'working out' at breakfast time in our kitchens in the 80s. But for many young people in Berkshire Lizzie Webb has helped to change their lives forever. Lizzie also known as 'Mad' Lizzie now works in Berkshire giving ex-offenders and young people at risk the opportunity to achieve a fitness teaching qualification. Anne Diamond asked her if she remembered how she got the name 'Mad Lizzie'.
