Peter Tobin latest and the future of Layer Road

Police investigating the background of serial killer Peter Tobin who is serving life for murdering Essex teenager Dinah McNicol say they have identified seven women who claim they were raped by the murderer.

Plans are revealed to develop the former home of Colchester United, the Layer Road Ground.
