Stormont to investigate NI Water crisis

Stormont has already announced it's to investigate NI Water's handling of the crisis and today the details of how that inquiry will work were passed to the First and Deputy First Minister for approval. BBC Newsline's Natasha Sayee looks at the likely focus of the investigation.
