Local MP calls for EU referendum

The MP for Wellingborough Peter Bone has tabled an amendment in the House of Commons calling for a nationwide EU referendum, should the government's 'Transfer of Power' bill be rejected by MPs. Joe asks listeners whether the would vote to stay in, or leave, the European Union.
