Susannah Constantine and Trinny Woodall help women improve their fashion sense. Friends and family are co-conspirators as Claire McManus gets a wardrobe overhaul and challenges the gurus.

Claire is a size 18, has short dark hair and wears clothes that make her look even bigger. "I have to say, that's a Michelin man walking round a shopping centre," says Trinny, as they examine footage of Claire. Claire reckons they don't understand her body shape or her lifestyle, but the style gurus reckon Claire needs to shift how she perceives herself so she can appreciate her new wardrobe and appreciate being noticed in a crowd.
