Each day the editor of the Northern Echo Peter Barron challenges BBC Tees to come up with a better headline for one of their stories.
Friday's headline challenge and John Foster is away for the day with Nigel Thompson stepping in. The Northern Echo go with a story about a Geordie postman wearing shorts ... in this snowy weather!
The Northern Echo's headline "Frost Class Post".
BBC Tees went with "Hard As Mails".
Independent adjudicator Lee thought that both headlines were equally good today and awarded a point each.
