Northants County Council answers listeners concerns over service changes

Northants County Council responds to claims that it's letting grieving families down after listeners complained to Joe that, in some cases, they were waiting up to 10 days to register a death.

The claims have been made following a change to the way that births, deaths and marriages are registered in Northamptonshire.
