Hertfordshire's hazardous hanging basket

A couple from Hertfordshire have been warned their hanging baskets are dangerous.

Siobhan and Gary Benham have displayed flowers outside their flat for the past 11 years.

But now their housing association says they're a fire hazard.

Our reporter Gareth Lloyd went to meet them.
