The Pope's visit

From 8am the programme follows events in Birmingham on the last leg of the state visit of Pope Benedict XVI.

Sunday is the climax of the Pope's visit to England and Scotland, with a Mass in Birmingham to beatify Cardinal Henry Newman.

Thousands of people are expected to attend the service which is the penultimate step on the road to making the 19th Century cleric a saint.
