Jozef Hall sits in. Looking at the amount of food thrown away in Cambridgeshire.
Jozef Hall has been rummaging in bins in Cambridge to find out just how much perfectly edible food ends up being thrown away.
Around 8.3m tonnes of household food waste is produced each year in the UK, most of which could have been eaten.
In all about a fifth of all the food we buy is thrown away - that's £12m worth.
