Three-year-old eye cancer victim wins payout from Northampton hospital

Northampton General Hospital agrees to pay a five figure sum to the family of a three-year-old boy from Northampton, who had an eye removed due to cancer after the hospital lost his records. Richard Savage hears from Harvey Dellar's mum Caroline and the family solicitor.
