Age Concern's reaction to British Gas profits

Joan complained to her council that the water coming out of her taps was smelly. They investigated and soon a water company were on the scene digging up her pipes. It turns out the smelly water was all down to Joan’s washing up liquid…but now it’s so cloudy it looks more like chalky milk! How on earth did this happen? JVS and the team are on the case.
