It's a town known for it's beautiful blooms but a flower bed created by Cheltenham Borough Council has come LAST in a national competition so we'll find out what went wrong!
As the school holidays officially start in the county we'll be on the beach with a bucket and spadeâ¦.in the centre of Gloucester!!!!
