In the 1970s Liz Chase lost friends and family in the civil war in Zimbabwe. They were fighting against Robert Mugabe's guerrilla army. But by August 1980 she and fifteen other white friends were being feted by Mugabe's government and described as 'the daughters of Zimbabwe'. Find out why.
