JVS and his team fight for your rights and tackle your consumer problems.
Coming up on the show today:
Today could be a big day for Barry. He came on the show and told JVS that for months heâs been sleeping in his car at night as his neighbours made too much noise for him to sleep. His housing officer put an end to the disturbance but Barryâs tired out, heâs on anti-depressants and he canât face going home again. The housing association may have the solution, a house swap. Weâve all been waiting to see if Barryâs dream move will come true, tune in to see if his life can start again.
And what about Denise? Her hallway is so narrow she has to squeeze past her mobility scooter to go to the toilet and thereâs not even room to close the door. She has a colostomy bag that needs emptying 8 times a day and she finds the whole experience degrading. Sheâs asked the council to knock a wall through so she can keep her scooter outside; JVS wants to know why they wonât do the work?
