Sarah Sheppard, a mother of a Downâs syndrome child herself, is also the chair of the Shropshire Down's Syndrome Group â a group of families who have a child, teenager or young adult with Down's syndrome.
The group organises regular events and outings as a way of getting together and having fun, with a chance to catch up with friends, both old and new.
