Britain has a hung Parliament - who will be PM?

Britain's voters have chosen a hung Parliament, whether they intended it or not. The Liberal Democrat surge failed to materialise and Gordon Brown's Labour Party lost seats.

But will the Conservatives who have the most votes and seats but no overall majority be able to form a Government? And if they do, how long will it last?

Politics UK takes a first look at the newly emerging balance of power at Westminster. Presented by Dennis Sewell.
