The three main parties in Britain's General Election campaign are still neck and neck, with only a week to go until polling day. The outcome is still uncertain and yet under the first past the post voting system the party which has the most votes may not win the most seats. Is it time to change the system? But when it comes to the big issue, getting to grips with Britain's massive deficit is the crucial test for the three party leaders in the final Prime Ministerial debate.
