Tiny lemur
Madame Berthe's mouse lemurs are named after a Malagasy primatologist, and until recently were believed to be the babies of other lemurs, not a separate speices. This tiny creature is the world's smallest primate and is only found in the isolated forests of Kirindy. Kirindy is just 3% of its original size, and the still shrinking forest means its likely that this really is a last chance to see this tiny primate.
