Talking Movies is at the 2018 Human Rights Watch Film Festival, reporting on some of the fifteen films in the festival lineup twelve of which are directed or co-directed by women. In a year when women have spoken out against abuse and sexual harassment the festival casts a wide net with films looking at the struggles of women in a diverse range of countries from Afghanistan to Venezuela.
