Galina Timchenko
Sarah Montague talks to Galina Timchenko, Russian journalist and executive editor of news website, Meduza.
Galina Timchenko made her name as editor of one of Russia's leading news websites Lenta.ru. In March 2014 she was fired, she claims as a result of pressure from the Kremlin. Soon after, along with some former colleagues she set up Meduza, a rival news website based in Latvia. Sarah Montague asks Galina Timchenko - should she have stayed in Russian to defend herself and her journalism.
