HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur speaks to Tanzanian opposition MP, Tundu Lissu. Tanzania is one of Africa's fastest growing nations economically and demographically - it's also governed by one of the continent's most controversial leaders: president John Magufuli, otherwise known as the 'Bulldozer'. Tundu Lissu is one of his leading domestic opponents, at least he was, until he was shot more than 20 by gunmen, in 2017. Lissu survived and has rejoined the fight against a ruler he describes as a petty dictator. But maybe Tanzanians like strong man rule?
