Child's Play

The Click team anchors the show from the CGMS - Childrens Global Media Summit in Manchester, England. This year it's centered around the theme of Generation U - which stands for Unlimited and how they interact with new forms of technology. They have interviews with participants, as well as having an in-depth chat with Baroness Shields (UK Minister for Internet Safety and Security, and Under-Secretary of State from 2015-2017) on internet security.
Lara Lewington will look at a course being taught in schools about fake news and how they tell children how to spot it. And the team travels to Kenya to look at an electronic health wallet that's being rolled out in the slums, opening up medical services to the poorest who couldn't afford it before - it runs on mobile money so no bank account required and people can save pennies at a time.
