In this month's edition of Witness, Tanya Beckett is back at the British Library in London to introduce us to another five people who have experienced extraordinary moments in history. We hear from the daughter of a missionary, who was killed by indigenous tribesmen in the Ecuadorean Amazon, an account of the infamous moment US helicopters were shot down over the Somalian capital Mogadishu and a tourist boom in Kenya that helped a local band score a global smash hit.
