The Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico is home to 3.5 million and belongs to the US but is currently drowning in debt. Without emergency financial rescue, could Puerto Rico go bust?

Just three and a half million people live there but they've managed to run up a public debt of 70 billion dollars. Without an emergency financial rescue Puerto Rico is going bust and that will send shockwaves all the way to Wall Street.
