This month's Health Check focuses on stories about the rise of antibiotic resistance - including how pilgrimages in India can help us understand the spread of resistance genes.

Also on the programme, a charity in India is helping the poorest in the community access oral rehydration therapy, simple but effective in treating diarrhoeal dehydration, and research showing that new-born babies can still benefit from a delay in cutting their umbilical cord whilst being safe in their mothers' arms.
