The City in the Forest

Atlanta may be widely known as a major metropolitan city, but it's also a 'city in the forest' with thriving urban farms. Kate Austen, a London-based chef, visits the city to find out how its network of small urban farms works directly with chefs to grow what they need and reshape the city's food culture with hyper-local produce.
