The Bluetones - Expecting to Fly
A chiming, beguiling debut album sees the Blutones becoming the biggest band in Britpop.
While Oasis and Blur were slugging it out in the Great Battle of Britpop, a host of other bands basked in the shared attention, and got on with trying to make their stamp on the pop charts.

This is the story of how this unassuming band created one of the crowning jewels of the Britpop era, and how Expecting to Fly might just be the great album the Stone Roses never made...
