Gary is then joined by guests to talk about the one and only John M Mason MBE, who was a renowned composer and conductor of the Scottish Fiddle Orchestra for over 30 years. John's family have recently put together a book of over 600 of John's compositions, celebrating his incredible musical ability and style. The compositions are also available online for free, as they hope to share his music with audiences all around the world. John's son's Rognvald and Jamie join Gary to talk more about the process of making the book and the incredible legacy their father has left for Scottish traditional music.
