'How am I going to get a pig in a pot?'

Caroline in Derry explains that knobs are pigs knees. Sean isn’t having it.

Barney Sloan offers a prize for his quiz question of cabbage and bacon with knobs.

“I know about the cabbage and bacon,” Sean says, “But what are the knobs?”

“Are those knobs smoked?” says Caroline in Derry. “You can get them plain or smoked. They're pig's knees. You should know since you're reared in Rosemount.”

“I don’t believe it!” Sean says. “How am I going to get a pig in a pot?”
