4 Extra Debut. Denise Baudu comes to Paris. Her uncle can’t employ her in his shop, so she’s drawn to his main rival. Stars Dervla Kirwan.

Denise Baudu comes to Paris to find work in her uncle's shop, but he cannot afford to take her on.

However, she’s drawn inexorably towards his chief rival The Ladies' Paradise, owned by the ambitious and charismatic Octave Mouret.
