It’s Budget Day. From 12:30pm, Rachel Reeves will be delivering her Budget, with decisions that she says are "fair and necessary". We’re expecting to hear changes to the two child benefit cap, pensions, income tax, and much more. We will be keeping you updated throughout the show, but what changes could the Chancellor make that could make your life easier?

The Prince of Wales has revealed his love of cold water swimming on a visit to meet people living in coastal communities in north Wales. He told swimmers that it makes him feel great, but what does being outdoors do for your wellbeing? From cold water dips, bird watching or maybe just a walk along the sea… What are your favourite outdoor activities?
