Joe in Loughinisland is looking for cookery advice from Sean. He decided to buy mince from the butchers yesterday for the very first time.

"I bought a pound of mince in the butchers yesterday. It's the first time ever cooking with mince. I tried to make mince, onions and carrots but the mince came out the size of eggs!" texts Joe.

"Where did you put them to make them the size of eggs" asks Sean.

"Maybe I shouldn't have asked that", he thinks to himself.
