Wales’s path to next year’s football World Cup becomes a little clearer today. The draw for the play off semi finals and finals takes place from midday. We’ll bring you the draw live on the show – and we also want to hear what you make of it.

A Russian spy ship has entered British waters and shone lasers at our military pilots. That’s according to the defence secretary John Healey, who warned that the UK is facing a “new era of threat” from hostile countries. He said the surveillance ship, called the Yantar, had crossed in and out of the UK’s exclusive economic zone multiple times in recent weeks. How do you feel about Russian incursions into British waters?

Do you worry about eating ultra-processed foods? Academics say that action is needed now to reduce ultra-processed food in diets worldwide because of their threat to health. They say that eating cheap, highly-processed meals is increasing our risk of a range of chronic diseases, including obesity and depression. This comes as some scientists have also called for cigarette-style warnings on bacon and other processed meats in the UK.
