According to reports from The Financial Times, Rachel Reeves has dropped plans to increase income tax rates at the Budget on 26 November. The newspaper says the chancellor and prime minister U-turned on increasing the tax, which would have broken an election manifesto promise, over fears it would anger voters and Labour MPs. What’s your reaction to that?

How do you feel about paying over the odds for concert and sports tickets? Pop stars including Dua Lipa, Coldplay and Sam Fender have called on Sir Keir Starmer to honour his election promise to protect fans from online ticket touts. More than 40 musicians have signed a letter urging the Prime Minister to "stop touts from fleecing fans" and cap the price that can be charged when tickets are resold.

And what do you make of this story? Officials are looking into whether a man who took part in a Remembrance Sunday ceremony dressed as a high-ranking navy officer was a fake. The man was involved in the wreath laying in Llandudno on Sunday. The individual's legitimacy has been questioned, because of the combination of medals he was wearing.
