Can Adam and Ben complete the last 10k of their three-legged walk for Children in Need?

Leo Ulph follows Adam Dowling and Ben Watts' progress as they aim to complete the last 10k of their three-legged walk for BBC Children in Need.

Today they'll be walking some of the Viking Trail along the Thanet coastline, passing Margate main sands.

Plus updates from the BBC Radio Sussex and BBC Radio Surrey leg of the challenge, where Allison Ferns and Emily Jeffery are walking from Shoreham to Brighton's Palace Pier.
