Chrissie Hynde kicks off a run of Radio 2 Piano Room autumn performances with the BBC Concert Orchestra, directed by conductor/arranger Simon Hale.

Best known as the iconic frontwoman of The Pretenders, Chrissie is a trailblazer, a campaigner and a hero to millions. Now taking a break from the band for her latest project, Chrissie has assembled a dream team of duet partners for her new project 'Chrissie Hynde & Pals'. kd Lang, Rufus Wainwright, Debbie Harry, Brandon Flowers and many more join her on this new project, which is out on October 17th.
