Roo Irvine discovers an extraordinary collection of miniature outfits that traces the changes in fashion over the last 1,000 years. At the Grosvenor Museum in Chester, Roo meets former costume designer Lisa Jayne Smith, who has dressed more than 100 dolls in elaborate period costume.
