Today’s highlights include the Budapest Festival Orchestra and conductor Ivan Fischer performing Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7, and Hannu Lintu conducting the BBC Symphony Orchestra and Chorus in Mahler’s Das Klagende Lied.

Plus we shine a light on the former Radio 3 New Generation Artists performing this week at the Proms. Today, pianist Beatrice Rana plays Mendelssohn's Piano Concerto No. 1 in Paris.
